A RANDY Irish tourist was caught with his pants down outside a shop in Thailand after engaging in a lewd sex act with a shameless American girl.
The drunken pair clearly couldn’t get to their hotel room as the girl pleasured the lad just inches away from members of the public on a busy street on Phi Phi Island.

Local shop keepers were not happy and immediately began shouting at the couple.
The video was shot by an irate man who spotted the frisky duo outside The Hussin House Hotel on the island – just yards from a nearby beach.
The couple appear to be drunk with the girl, wearing a skimpy white bikini, is unsteady on her feet.
The video begins with a local woman shouting “hello, hello” as she comes across the pair.

The young woman is crouching against the wall while pleasuring the man standing over her.
Then a local man begins angrily shouts: “What are you doing here, why you f*****g outside here?”
The Irish lad, wearing khaki shorts and a blue shirt, responds quietly: “I apologise”.
This does nothing to help the situation as locals get more angry and the man, wearing a yellow t-shirt shouts: “Why you hiding now? Stay here because we call the police.”
The shocked Irish tourist looks stunned at the possibility of arrest and responds with a simple: “No.”

He shouts: “F**k you man, what are you doing, what are you doing on the street, on the corner here. All the people are thinking what you doing here. F**k you man.”
The pair are asked where are they from, the drunk girl responds with pride that she is an American while the lad identifies himself as coming from Ireland.
As the angry man continues to question the couple, the Irish lad grabs the girl by the hand and the pair promptly leave.
The video has attracted a lot of attention in Thailand as it was broadcast on television station Pattaya One.
Tourist websites warn that backpackers caught engaged in a sex act in Thailand could face a $700 fine and possible jail time.
It is unclear whether the randy pair were arrested.
