‘Vampire’ bondage-lover cleared of rape after claiming blood-drinking S&M antics were consensual

A BONDAGE lover “with a vampire fetish” was yesterday cleared of raping two women.
Luke McCarthy, 28, was alleged to have attacked one of them twice at his parents’ house in 2009.

She told cops he made her suck his blood after carving a cross into his chest. But S&M enthusiast McCarthy insisted everything between them was consensual and part of a “master and slave” pact.
Told by police he had been described as having a vampire fetish, the dad of one replied: “Not to the degree of I like going out and biting people and stuff like that — it’s unhygienic.”
He added the exchange of blood was “something I don’t do regularly”.
His second alleged victim spent three years as his girlfriend after they met at London nightspot Club AntiChrist.
The bar manager was found not guilty of four charges of rape at Southwark crown court.
McCarthy, of Vauxhall, South West London, showed little reaction to the not guilty verdicts.
