A SPECIALIST team has been recruited to probe eerie Skinwalker Ranch - where the Pentagon funded a top secret study into UFOs and alien life.
The isolated spot is at the centre of some of America's most baffling mysteries including horrific cases of cattle mutilation and sightings of "bulletproof" shape-shifting creatures.
Scientific research carried out at the sprawling ranch, which covers more than 500 acres of northern Utah, has also revealed unexplained levels of highly-dangerous radiation in the soil.
Real estate tycoon Brandon Fugal bought the ranch from paranormal enthusiast Robert Bigelow and has since given full access to a research team headed by Dr Travis Taylor - who has worked for the US Dept. of Defense and NASA.
Dr Taylor's full-scale investigation is now the focus of a new eight-part series being screened on Blaze on Wednesday nights called the 'Curse of Skinwalker Ranch.'
The Sun Online was given exclusive access to clips of the show which reveals the probe into the ranch - which has attracted top stars fascinated with the paranormal including Robbie Williams and rapper Post Malone.
Mr Fugal said: "As early as 1911 the homesteaders started seeing unexplained phenomenom....by 1979, there were a lot of UFO sightings being documented.
"People (who visit the ranch) have had really acute medical episodes.....everything from nausea to perception-altering experiences and even temporary paralysis.
"And then the Sherman family acquired the property in 1992 and were witness to some of the most disturbing events on record.
"There were daylight cattle mutilations. We are talking surgically precise dissections.
"They were drained of their blood...as much as 25 per cent of the herd were lost."
During the probe, his team witnessed multiple UFO sightings, heard shocking accounts of cows being virtually "turned inside out" and noticed strange anomalies in the ground beneath the ranch and the skies above.
The existence of the £15 million Pentagon study was first revealed in a story published by the New York Times in 2017 - which sent shockwaves around the world.
Further details then emerged in a report looking into the work of the US Defense Department's mysterious Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP).
Documents acquired from Bigelow Aerospace - a private company contracted to conduct work on behalf of the AATIP - indicate the programme studied UFOs and other apparent paranormal phenomena.
That company was founded in 1999 by hotel billionaire Bigelow, who has a long-held interest in the paranormal including the mysterious Roswell incident in New Mexico.
During Dr Taylor's study, the investigation team were shown images of towering lights shooting skywards and mystery glowing emanating from surrounding hills.
Some have speculated the lights could be beacons used to help send messages to alien craft honing in on the ranch - which supernatural experts say ranks alongside the Bermuda Triangle and Area 51.
The new documentary also features bizarre footage of a UFO travelling over the vast ranch "at a speed not consistent with typical aircraft."
Dr Taylor previously said: "My hope for being here at Skinwalker Ranch is to get some answers.
"There are so many stories about the aliens and whatever and if there is something happening I want to find out."
The research team also heard how the Sherman family eventually quit the ranch in the 1990s through sheer terror.
Dr Jim Segala revealed: "There is a story where a very large wolf came in off the plains...it put its head through a fence and started pulling at one of the calves.
"The Shermans went inside and got a weapon and came out and started shooting at it point blank."
The wolf then apparently ran off and vanished into thin air - sparking fears it could have been a mythical beast of native American legend.
For centuries the "cursed" region surrounding the area has been awash with stories of supernatural and unexplained goings on.
The ranch - which is guarded 24/7 by an armed security team - itself takes its name from shape-shifting demons which the Navajo tribes believed once prowled the plains.
In February, the Pentagon admitted to holding and testing wreckage from UFO crashes in a bombshell Freedom of Information letter, seen by The Sun.
Researcher Anthony Bragalia wrote to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) requesting details of all material, which they hold and results of any tests they had been carrying out on it.
He wrote: "This could include physical debris recovered by personnel of the Department of Defense as residue, flotsam, shot-off material or crashed material from UAPS [unidentified aerial phenomenon] or unidentified flying objects."
In the response, the DIA released 154 pages of test results that includes reports on a mysterious "memory" metal called Nitinol, which remembers its original shape when folded.
Bragalia said it was a "stunning admission" from the US government and the documents reveal that some of the retrieved debris possesses "extraordinary capabilities" including the potential to make things invisible or even slow down the speed of light.
Back in September 2019, the US Navy finally admitted videos taken by pilots apparently showing encounters with UFOs in 2004 are real.
Two videos show three encounters between warplanes and what the navy has officially admitted were “unidentified aerial phenomena”.

One video was taken in 2004 and two in 2015 but were only released earlier this year and show the objects performing manoeuvres not possible using current aviation technology.
The first incident happened over a couple of days in November 2004 but the video footage of the flying object was not revealed to the public until December 2017.
The incident has become one of the most explosive sightings of all time and it has still not been explained.
