A jubilant Andy Murray promised fans he was going to enjoy his second Wimbledon victory more than his first – and this video proves that he did.
After leaving the Annual Wimbledon Champions Dinner with his wife Kim and and went on to Drama nightclub in Mayfair, where he danced for hours.
In this clip an ecstatic Andy and his pals can be seen downing a tray of unknown orange shots.
Despite the loud dance music playing in the background you can hear the crowd in the swanky London venue chanting 'Andy, Andy, Andy’.
The celebrations continued late into the night with Andy emerging at 3.30am looking worse for wear after a night of celebrating his decisive victory.
Speaking to the MailOnline a fellow reveller, who asked not to be named, said Murray arrived at the club at around 1am and seemed to have a great night.
He said: 'Andy was very positive and very happy. He was with a group of five or six guys and everyone looked like they were having a good time.
'I didn't notice his wife much but it was very crowded and he had security around him. There were lots of people taking photos of him from far away, but there wasn't any trouble or anything. He was just having a nice time.
'I'm not sure how much he was drinking. The people around him seemed to be drinking a lot but I only saw him with some orange shots. It could have been orange juice but I suspect it was alcohol.'
Arriving slightly late to his press conference this morning after such jubilant and long celebrations last night.
He said: “It was good. I had a great night and spent some time with my friends and family.
“Yeah, it was a good night.”
The Brit, who beat Milos Raonic 6-4 7-6 7-6 to claim his second title in three years,
He said: “The last time it was just pure relief and I didn’t really enjoy the moment as much, whereas I’m going to make sure I enjoy this one more.”
He clearly is.
