She will also be quizzed by Oprah Winfrey about the breakdown of her relationship with her father Thomas Markle.
A global TV audience of hundreds of millions in 70 countries is expected to watch the two-hour interview, initially broadcast in the US at 1am UK time.
ITV will show it tomorrow at 9pm.
It comes as...
- Meghan and Harry's interview will air TONIGHT in the US despite fears over Prince Philip's health
- A bust-up between Meghan and aides during a tour of Australia are to be the focus of the Buckingham Palace bullying probe
- The Queen will not be watching the interview as she wants to “focus on the big issues” instead
- Palace aides have dismissed the chat as a "sideshow" and say people are more interested in the Covid jab and schools re-opening
- Meghan and Harry could lose their royal titles as aides warn "nothing is off the table"
Meghan’s relationship with the Duchess of Cambridge is set to be covered. They had a reported bust-up over a wedding dress fitting.
The source said: “If she has chosen to speak candidly about her time with Kate then the damage that could be done to the monarchy is vast.
“She has the power to lay bare just how bad things really were between her, Harry, William and Kate.”
The pair reportedly fell out in a row over a bridesmaid dress that left the Duchess of Cambridge in tears.
Broadcaster CBS has also bought extensive footage of her dad Thomas from ITV.
The estranged dad has been a source of frustration for the couple and has regularly spoken out about his fraught relationship with his daughter.
He did not attend Harry and Meghan's wedding in May 2018.
A source said: “Oprah is likely to show Meghan clips of things Thomas has said — and then ask for her response. It should lead to some dramatic moments.
“Meghan — and Harry — have never publicly addressed what’s gone on with him.”
But Palace aides have dismissed the interview and believe Brits are more concerned with the Covid jab and schools reopening tomorrow than the couple.
They told the : “On Monday most people in Britain will be thinking about schools going back, getting the vaccine and, at the Palace particularly, looking forward to the Duke of Edinburgh coming out of hospital.
"This is just a sideshow.”
The interview comes amid a sensational bullying probe launched by Buckingham Palace.
They are investigating claims that Meghan was an “outrageous bully” to her staff before she departed Britain last year.
Concerns were reportedly raised shortly after her engagement to Harry.
Last night, The Sunday Times reported up to 12 ex-aides are “queuing up” to register complaints about the duchess.
We can also reveal how bust-ups with aides in Australia in 2018 are to be part of the upcoming probe. At one point Meghan is said to have lost her temper with an assistant and a hot drink was knocked over.

Chat risks public snub
By Matt Wilkinson
IT is possibly the most dramatic weekend facing the royals since Diana’s death over 23 years ago.
Meghan and Harry will expect the world to watch when speaking their “truth”.
And we will be hanging on every insult, secret and whinge about royal life.
It’s astonishing to think they do so as Prince Philip recovers from a heart op.
Hearing a much-loved grandchild and his wife making cheap shots about his family on US primetime will hurt the Queen.
It could see the Sussexes lose the respect and interest of the British public.
