Bizarre footage shows ISIS fanatics partying with a big wheel and fireworks in the death capital Raqqa
The strange family celebration was held to mark Eid and the end of fasting for Ramadan
BIZARRE footage has emerged of an ISIS fairground-style party in Raqqa featuring fireworks and a big wheel.
The event, held to mark Eid and the end of Ramadan, took place in a public square identical to those ISIS normally uses for public executions.
The video showed a man in traditional dress with a microphone MCing the fair before hundreds of children and families.
He coaxes them into letting off some cheers, before a fireworks show begins.

Footage of the Eid celebration - one of the most important dates in the Islamic calendar - also revealed a brightly-lit big wheel was in motion nearby.
But these scenes - likely released by the group in an attempt to drum up new support - are a far cry from the reality of living under ISIS.
The group beheads anyone it accuses of "spying". Last week ISIS executioners murdered four footballers they claimed were spying for the Kurdish YPG.
Others caught stealing have their hands chopped off, a punishment the group justifies by its twisted interpretation of Sharia law.
Thousands of women from the Yazidi communities have also been enslaved and kept as sex slaves by the ISIS fighters.
Grisly new photographs of ISIS executions emerge
New photographs have emerged of the beheading of four football players in Raqqa. The gruesome images show the four footballers and one other man forced to their knees as their killers stand over them to cut off their heads. The killing was held in public and carried out after the five men were accused of spying for the Kurdish YPG. The group played for popular club Al-Shabab - though ISIS has declared organised sports "un-Islamic" and banned them when it overran Raqqa two years ago.
