Fears grow for missing girl, 15, who has not been seen for almost a week

POLICE are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a missing teenager who has not been seen for almost a week.

The teen, of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, is described as white, 5ft 6ins tall with long, straight red hair and has a distinctive tattoo on her right wrist of the word 'mum'.

The last sighting of Yasmin was reported in the Paddock area of Huddersfield on Heaton Road.

Detective Inspector Mark Coleman of West Yorkshire Police said: "We are increasingly worried about Yasmin's safety and we urge anyone who sees her to contact the police."

Anyone with information should contact West Yorkshire Police on 101, quoting log 1712.
