Wayward football legend Gazza reels in mystery blonde on fishing trip near Dorset home

WAYWARD Paul Gascoigne looks like he’s reeled in a blonde stunner.

The one-time England hero was spotted on a fishing trip with a mystery woman.

The pair looked cosy with their rods by the sea close to his coastal apartment last month.

Former Tottenham and Lazio star Gazza, 49, puffed away on a cigarette as they enjoyed the sunshine.

He taught her how to cast out as they attempted to land some fish.

The sunglasses-wearing pair then packed up their tackle.

She was also seen at his seaview pad, near Poole, Dorset.

The troubled Three Lions legend looked in a good place after falling off the wagon in March.

An onlooker said: “It was good to see Paul looking looking happy again.

“She certainly seemed to have put a smile on his face at last.”

The ex-footballer had claimed to have been off the drink for nearly a year before a meltdown three months ago.

We revealed him arriving home covered in cuts and bruises before being whisked off to hospital.

Then in May moron Justin Wallage bought him gin after worried Tesco staff turned him away after he went on another bender.

Gazza appeared in court last Wednesday in Dudley accused of making a racist joke.

He’s due to stand trial in September.
