One Direction star Louis Tomlinson ‘is taking his ex-girlfriend to court seeking joint custody of their son’
Heartthrob wants equal access to six-month old Freddie
LOUIS Tomlinson is taking his ex-girlfriend to court to seek joint custody of their son – after accusing her of denying him access.
The 1D heartthrob, 24, has filed court papers for formalised joint custody of his bout Freddie and wants equal access to the six-month-old child.
He claims ex Briana Jungwirth, 23, has been “inconsistent” with letting him see his son.
They are said to have rowed after she discovered that his new girlfriend, Disney star Danielle Campbell, 21, was waiting in the car outside her home, when he came to collect Freddie.
A source told The Sun: “Since Freddie was born they have been working things out amicably but recently Freddie’s mother has been inconsistent with Louis’ access to him.
“He was left with no alternative but to seek redress through the courts and has taken those steps accordingly.”
