After examining the camera they found the attached USB storage device was filled of dodgy movies of a “voyeuristic nature” focusing on seemingly unsuspecting female members of the public.

It is now thought the gadget was attached to a man’s shoe as he walked around, allowing him to film up the skirts of nearby women.

Cops have now released an image of a man they want to speak to in order to assist them with their enquiries into the incident.

A spokesman for Herts police said: “When security staff examined the content stored on the device, they discovered footage of a voyeuristic nature that appeared to have been taken without the knowledge of those being filmed.
