A DAMAGES claim by a convicted terrorist who accused MI5 and MI6 of colluding in his torture by Pakistani intelligence has been thrown out.

Rangzieb Ahmed, 45, was jailed for life in 2008 for leading a three-man al-Qaeda cell preparing to commit mass murder.

Ahmed claimed Pakistani agents tore out his fingernails before he was deported to the UK.

He alleged they were supplied with questions by UK spies, the Home and Foreign Offices, the Attorney General and Gtr Manchester Police.

Rejecting Ahmed’s claim, Judge Sir Neil Garnham called it an “attack” on the court decisions already made.

He said allowing it would bring the justice system “into disrepute”.
