Lady Green faces a grilling by MPs over the collapse of her husband’s former business BHS.
But Tina was more concerned with putting the finishing touches to the £100million Lionheart in Livorno, Italy.
She wore the medical-style shoe covers to protect the deck of the 300ft floating palace, registered in her name in Malta. It has taken four years to build and can accommodate 12 guests and 28 crew.
When finished it is expected to sail for Malta where Sir Philip, 64, will go for a test drive.
Lady Green fronts her husband’s empire and is worth £3.2billion.
