Filmed by a documentary crew in Mexico, the ritual continues for several minutes before the "demon"; is expelled.
The woman, identified only as Diana, claimed to be suffered from curses as she writhes in agony inside a flaming circle.
Her exorcist, named Addy, repeatedly tells her "tranquila" - Spanish for "quiet" or "relax".
It starts with Diana being led to the inside of a circle scrawled on the floor.
Surrounded by candles and subjected to Addy's chants, she soon collapses as the exorcism gets underway.
At one point, she appears to cough up vomit on the floor, while she tears at her clothes and rips off her necklace.
After also being blessed by a sacred dagger, the exorcism ends with Diana lying motionless inside a flaming circle before regaining her composure.
Speaking to the documentary crew afterwards, she appears completely at ease and calm.
