Three people have been arrested outside a New York tunnel after police found a huge stash of weapons in their car.
Police pulled over the trio as they were driving towards New York City from New Jersey through the Holland Tunnel.
The weapons seized included long-range firearms as well as handguns. A camouflage helmet was also recovered.
Reports say police had stopped them for driving with a cracked windscreen.
The three individuals, two men in their 50s and a woman in her 20s who may be from Pennsylvania, were stopped on the New Jersey side of the tunnel around 8am, officials told .
