Election 2020 – Trump makes wild claim Dems are trying to ‘STEAL election’ for Biden and says ‘we won’t let them’
DONALD Trump has wildly claimed that Democrats are trying to "steal the election" for Joe Biden.
The president tweeted early on Wednesday: "We are up BIG, but they are trying to STEAL the Election. We will never let them do it."
According to , two Trump aides described the mood as "Good. But nervous," and, "Calmly confident."
The news comes after initially said he was not thinking about any speeches Tuesday night during a campaign stop.
But his top aide Kellyanne Conway told ABC News that the president is planning on giving a speech tonight, however.
"The President is expected to address the nation later from the East Room of the White House."
She pointed out that in 2016, Trump gave his speech at 3am but no time has been confirmed for tonight yet.
“If not, I’ll wait until the votes have been counted the next day.
“Presidents don’t decide what votes are counted and not counted; voters determine who’s president.”
Neither Trump or Biden have won the battleground states of or as of 9.43 pm EST.
Trump's campaign also declared victory in ,, and on Twitter.
The AP has called , , , , , , , , and for Biden, however.
