Lemon spoke about the clip as he interviewed former Republican Ohio Governor John Kasich.
CNN aired a clip of Sen Rubio "praising" the people who surrounded a bus on the highway in
In the original clip, a truck with Trump flags was seen bumping into a white SUV carrying Biden supporters as the vehicles barreled down the highway.
"All the cars on the road with - we love what they did, but here's the thing they don't know. We do that in Florida every day," Rubio said of the clip.
Responding, Lemon said: "What a jacka – I mean, we expect this from the president now because we've seen it so much. What is Marco Rubio doing?"
Kasich said he was "shocked" by the senator's comment, and noted that the FBI is now investigating the bus incident.
"Marco Rubio, Marco Rubio, if you're listening, if you're watching John and I right now, imagine your family is on that bus," Lemon said, addressing the senator.
"Imagine you were on that bus. Your wife, your kids were on that bus, and you're saying that that is something that's good? You're encouraging that? What is wrong with you?"
He continued: "There are people who are on that bus whose lives were in jeopardy.
"I can't believe he would even say some crap like that," he added.
Kasich said he thinks people sometimes "get caught up in the moment" as he added Rubio's comment was "wrong" and that he's "stunned."
"If I did something like that, I don't know. I'd be sleeping outside. My wife wouldn't let me in the house," Kasich said.
After the bus incident on Saturday, Democrats who were campaigning for Biden reportedly canceled their event in Pflugerville.
The dangerous confrontation led the Biden campaign and state Democrats to cancel several events across Texas, reported.
The Tribune confirmed that the FBI is investigating the incident.
Trump shared a video on Twitter from a different angle that does not show the incident, saying "I LOVE TEXAS!"
