Pals and daughter Anais, 20, are believed to have attended.
Noel, 53, is said to have broken Tier 2 rules by attending the party with people from different households and staying out past 10pm.
An onlooker said: “There was a crowd from Sara’s party outside the venue smoking, laughing and joking and they seemed to be having a great time indoors too. Most of them stuck around past the 10pm curfew.”
Restrictions mean the public are not allowed to meet people from other households indoors and hospitality venues, including members clubs, must close at 10pm. Police can fine revellers up to £10,000 for organising a social event.
Andrew Bridgen MP said: “I presume he is happy to break the law and pay the fine but it sets a very poor example when a public figure behaves in this way and blatantly flouts the law while putting others in danger through irresponsible actions.”
A spokesman for Noel declined to comment.
