Boozy dad fined after sinking TEN PINTS of lager on footie pub trip with eight-month-old tot
Sozzled father lashed out at at child's mum and wrecked pub garden furniture after FA Cup final binge drinking session
A boozy dad has been ordered to pay more than £600 after he took his eight-month-old son to the pub - before drinking TEN PINTS of lager.
Sozzled Clark Blue Williams, 27, went on an afternoon bender when he took his baby son to his local to watch the FA Cup final on TV.
He flipped when his partner and mother of his baby, Kirsty Rope found him in the pub and took their son from him.
They argued in the pub before he assaulted her and damaged pub garden furniture following the incident, a court heard.
When he was arrested he told police he normally drank 20 pints of lager during the average session and believed the eight to ten he had downed would "not affect" him.
Williams admitted being drunk in charge of a child under the age of seven and assaulting Miss Rope when he appeared at Skegness Magistrate's Court.
He also pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal damage.
Williams was ordered to pay £265 compensation to Miss Rope, fined £300 and ordered to pay £115 court costs.
Prosecutor Dan Pietryka said Williams went to watch the football at the Happy Days bar near his home in Chapel St Leonards, near Skegness, Lincs, taking his baby son with him.
He said: "He was seen with his son in the bar at 9.30pm, visibly well in drink and swaying on his feet.
"His partner Kirsty Rope came after being told what was happening and he started shouting and swearing and was taken out by security staff.
"After she followed him outside, there was a further argument between them and he pushed her two or three times and threw some outdoor furniture around causing £50 worth of damage, before security staff again sent him on his way."

As he walked home, Williams threw a road sign over and went he got back to the couple's rented flat where he pushed over a fridge and damaged a wall and a picture frame, causing more than £200 worth of damage.
Terry Boston, defending, said the couple had been together for some time and that although he faced four charges, it was "really just one incident".
He said Williams had only intended to have one or two drinks when he went out, but "things had got out of hand".
