Meghan Markle and Prince Harry ‘led nervous teens in deep breathing exercises’ during podcast recording

the couple were interviewed by three of the five hosts in person at their new hometown in Santa Barbara while wearing facemasks.

The report claimed the pair "led the crew in deep breaths a few times during the conversation to help calm everyone's nerves."

And it appears the episode recording did well, with one of the hosts Gael calling Prince Harry "Big H".

The nickname is similar to the moniker Meghan, 39, has given her husband, with the former actress previously revealing she called the royal "H".

It has been reported the couple first found out about the podcast - which describes as "Five stressed, sleep deprived, yet energetic teens sit down and talk about the struggles that come with being a teenager" - after reading a New York Times profile piece in July.

The podcast - which will be released at 5pm BST on Saturday - is just the first in a string of engagements the couple have lined up.

On Sunday, they are expected to join Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala to discuss Covid’s devastating impact on girls.

The virtual chat will see the couple "celebrate girls and the power of their voices".

And then on Tuesday, the Duchess of Sussex is expected to again join Fortune in a 15 minute online discussion about Courageous leadership.

In a description of the event, it says: "How do you lead with your values?

"We are joined by Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, who shares how she's learned to, in her words, chase her convictions with action.

"The Duchess will tell our Next Gen community how she leads on the global stage."

It's not the first time Meghan has joined Fortune, last month appearing on Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Zoom chat.

PR expert Mark Borkowski says that the Duchess of Sussex could have raked in £33,000 a minute at the 15-minute at the £10k-a-head event on Tuesday.

In the chat, Meghan - who has come under fire over her use of private jets while promoting environmental causes in the past - insisted she is "not controversial" and said "what ends up being inflammatory is people's interpretation".

The couple have been busy in their new home in the US over the past few months.

After buying a home in Santa Barbara, the couple have released a number of online interviews including one with the Evening Standard calling for an end to structural racism in the UK.

Prince Harry spoke of his own "awakening" during the candid sitdown.

Overnight the couple won an apology from a paparazzi agency who used drones to allegedly snap photos of their son Archie.

Meghan also recently lost a court battle to block claims she allegedly co-operated with the authors of Finding Freedom in her privacy row with the publishers of the Mail on Sunday.

The Sun yesterday revealed a spoof website had been set up calling for votes for Meghan in the upcoming US election.
