Claiming mail-in voting should be considered "fraud," McLaughlin said there were attempts at ballot harvesting or attempting to get rid of a signature verification in states that push for mail-in voting.

"When you want to know what the polls are saying, figure out what the Democrats are doing in that state," McLaughlin said to host John Catsimatidis.

"In and in , the Democrats are trying to get rid of the signature verification," he said of those two states.

"And proven – you’ve had recent cases of fraud there," he said without providing evidence.

"North Carolina," he started. "You’ve had recent cases of fraud, where people that were supposed to be filling out those ballots didn’t, and campaign workers went and got them."
