‘Gunman’ in pickup turns himself in after ‘opening fire at another car during pro-Trump parade’ on Ohio highway
A 'GUNMAN' turned himself in after a shooting near a pro-Trump parade in Ohio on Saturday, ending a police hunt for the suspect, cops said.
Todd Crawford, 58, is facing charges after he allegedly fired a gun into the cab of a semi-truck after a dispute with another driver, The Columbus Dispatch reported.
The vehicle was described having Trump and American flags, along with a Marines sticker, according to WCMH.
"Emergency vehicles are on the scene of a traffic incident," Dublin police said in a tweet around the time of the incident.
"Please use caution in that area and be advised of slow traffic and emergency personnel on scene."
On Saturday night, Crawford turned himself in, police said.
Hilliard Police said he faces a charge for discharge of a firearm on or near premises, The Columbus Dispatch reported.
Hilliard police planned to release more information on the incident on Saturday, WCMH-TV reported.
At the parade, participants planned to march through New Albany, reported.
Demonstrators were planning to picket the home of L Brands billionaire chairman Les Wexner, along with a Facebook data center, WCBE reported.
