Teen Prostitute who slept with at least 24 police officers reveals she was tipped off about prostitution sting
The woman, who uses the name “Celeste Guap”, says the men from Oakland Police, in the U.S, passed her around using Facebook and Instagram
A POLICE force is at the centre of shocking allegations that more than 24 officers slept with the same teen prostitute, who was also tipped off by cops about an undercover operation.
The woman, who uses the name “Celeste Guap”, says she had sex with three of the two dozen officers who were part of Oakland Police, in the U.S, when she was just 17. The legal age of consent in California is 18.
And now saucy text messages Guap has shown to TV channel reveal she had exchanges with Oakland cops, which appear to warn her about undercover operations when she was working as a prostitute.
The 18-year-old had admitted to having sex with two dozen officers from a number of police departments.
She told KPIX she had sex with 14 officers from Oakland Police Department, three Alameda County Sheriff’s deputies, five cops from the Richmond Police Department, and one Livermore police officer.
In exchange for sleeping with them, she alleges some cops tipped her off about undercover operations, and also gave her protection.
She says in exchange some officers gave her protection and tipped her off about undercover operations while she was working as a prostitute.
A screenshot of her cell phone shows texts with a cop who she referred to by the name “Superman.”
He wrote: “Be safe today. Want some advice?”
Guap replied: “Tell me handsome.”
The officer said: “Stay off east 14, from Fruitvale to 42 tonight. There’s a UC operation” which meant an undercover prostitution sting.
She wrote back: “Damn, lol.”
The officer responded: “No you’re not. Just giving you a heads up.”
Guap then wrote: “Thank you daddy. I appreciate it. I don’t wanna go to jail. Lol.”
In another text conversation Guap asked another cop: “Is it gonna be hot in Oakland tonight?”
She was asking if there was going to be a prostitution sting.
The cop responded: “Yup, who told u?”
She then wrote: “Nobody, that’s why I’m mad.”
He then said: “I told you last night, or I tried to. But you were drunk.”
Guap said of the texts: “At the time, I was happy, you know, like wow, you know, these men in uniform, you know, giving me protection, you know. Like it was mutual.”

She said most of the men found out about her through fellow officers, and used Facebook and Instagram to pass her around.
Guap revealed the officers were usually off duty when they slept with her – they used their own cars of hotel rooms.
Some of the men were married.
Oakland and Richmond police departments have launched internal investigations.
Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf said in a statement: “We continue to be disgusted and outraged by the idea that anyone could abuse an underage victim of sexual exploitation.”
Guap said: “Thinking back about it, I thought wow, they cared about me,” says Guap. “Thinking back at it, yeah, I do see myself as a victim. Because I do feel like I was taken advantage of.”
Sean Whent, who was Oakland Police Chief, resigned last Thursday after news of the sex scandal which began in his department appeared to involve four cities.
