GETAWAY RIDERS

Cops release CCTV of armed bank robbers fleeing high street branch on a pair of PUSH BIKES

The men stormed into the TSB bank brandishing a gun and a crowbar

Police have released remarkable video footage of two armed robbers fleeing from a bank with bags full of cash - on push bikes.
The footage opens with the two raiders casually parking their bikes in a layby close to the TSB bank before storming in - brandishing a gun and a crowbar.
The two men approach the bank on their push bikes
Staff were threatened by the men with the gun and a crowbar, which can also be seen in the footage. No-one was injured in the raid.
Two minutes later the robbers made off from the Kirkcaldy, Fife, TSB branch with two carrier bags full of cash.
They deposit their push bikes outside and then prepare to rob the bank
As they prepare to peddle off, a shopper walks past them blissfully unaware of their loot and concealed weapons.
Detective Inspector Colin Robson of Police Scotland said: "I would urge anyone who views this footage and who recognises them or their description to contact police immediately."
One of the men is white in his late 20s or early 30s with dark stubble on his face and was wearing a dark baseball cap and dark clothing.
The other is a 5ft 9ins, around 30 years of age and of medium build. He had stubble at the time and wore blue Mordex-branded jogging bottoms, dark trainers, a dark blue/grey hooded top and a dark baseball cap.
They threatened staff behind the counter with a gun and a crowbar
As they get back to their bikes, a man walks past - oblivious to the concealed weapons and the loot
It is believed that one of the men is from Eastern Europe but their current whereabouts are not known.
The raid took place on January 29.
But the footage has only been released now - three months later and with no sign of either of the pair being caught.
Anyone with information can contact Police Scotland on 101 or alternatively, the charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
