Gran who falsely claimed a £33m jackpot splashes out on a Jacuzzi — and you’re paying for it
Susanne Hinte says she needs a hot tub for her heart condition
A GRAN who falsely claimed a £33m Lotto jackpot and gets £1,100 benefits a month has infuriated locals — after getting a JACUZZI fitted in her home at taxpayers' expense.
Susanne Hinte, 48, has splashed out on the hot tub just over a month after she was savaged over a £20k mobility car she was leased through her hand-outs.
Now the gran has riled critics after fitting the luxury bath and spa unit at her home in Worcester.
Susanne, who has an enlarged heart, gets a £500 monthly PIP plus around £600 in other benefits.
She told The Sun she had been inspired after seeing a Jacuzzi in Birmingham’s Malmaison hotel.
Susanne declared: “After that experience I decided I wanted one. I set about converting my shed into a Jacuzzi room.
Whatever I do I seem to get hated so I will close the door and relax in warm bliss

“After three weeks it is transformed to my own little oasis in my garden. It helps me relax and stay calm which I have to try and do because of my heart condition.
“I spent £800 with a builder and buying a Jacuzzi although I did all the painting and decorating myself.
“I am sure I will be criticised but at least my neighbours leave me alone now. Whatever I do I seem to get hated so I will close the door and relax in warm bliss.
“I am still stressed my court case isn’t concluded yet.”
Sue proudly showed off the hot tub to a Sun snapper and is believed to have funded it through money she has saved.
She is still awaiting the conclusion of Magistrates proceedings where she has denied one charge of theft.
She has been accused of stealing pensioner Susan Kirby’s purse containing £55.
In April The Sun exclusively told how mum-of-two Sue was handed a sporty Vauxhall Astra GTC on the taxpayer.
Part of her PIP payment includes a “mobility component” which Susanne is using to lease the car for three years under the Government’s Motability scheme.
The deal also gives her free road tax and servicing and free insurance for her and another named driver.
