THE former model ex-wife of a Saudi billionaire wants a divorce payment of a quarter of a BILLION pounds to fund her lavish lifestyle of top designer clothing and private jet travel, a court heard.

Christina Estrada, an ex Pirelli calendar girl, is going after the enormous sum despite an offer of £32m from her cancer-suffering ex.

The 54-year-old, who has her sights set on £250m, says she needs £68m to buy a seven-storey London property.

If she buys the house she claims she will need another £335,000 a year to pay for a live-in butler, a chauffeur, two cleaners, a house keeper, a chef, and an office manager, the court heard.

Ex-husband Dr Walid Juffali's offer of £32m includes a lump sum of around £10m and "maintenance at the rate of £2m for five years".

The oil baron, who Ms Estrada claims is worth £6bn, was unable to appear in court because he is battling stage four lung cancer.

After rejecting his offer Ms Estrada has said she wants £4.4m to buy a country house in Henley, £6.5 a year living expenses, £1m for art, and £500,000 for five cars, the court heard.

Ms Estrada already owns a £12m property in Beverly Hills, a £3.5m flat in South Kensington, and jewellery estimated at £7m, according to lawyers for Dr Juffali.

She is also asking for her ex-husband to return a £10m Chopard blue diamond ring which he says he has given away.

According to details of her annual budget released during a hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice, Ms Estrada spends £2.1m on travel and £1m on clothes a year.

The travel budget includes a private jet she flies on at a cost of £3,750 an hour.

The clothing budget read out in court included £40,000 on a fur coat, £83,000 on 15 cocktail dresses, £80,000 on a ball gown, and £109,000 for seven dresses made by leading fashion labels.

She also spent £58,000 on two luxury handbags, £23,000 on six casual handbags, and £4,000 for fifteen pairs of sunglasses.

It is claimed she wants £26,000 a year to cover her mobile phone expenses.

Justin Warshaw QC, for Dr Juffali, told the court: "Ms Estrada says she needs more than a quarter of a billion pounds to meet her own personal reasonable needs.

"Her claims are striking and, we say, excessive and exaggerated.

"These costs are extraordinary and go way beyond the standard of living enjoyed during the marriage."

Despite Ms Estrada claim he is worth up to £6bn, Dr Juffali claims he has personal assets of £19.5m, the benefit of Trust assets worth £94.4m, and has sold another £512m worth to his daughters.

Charles Howard QC, for Ms Estrada, said that there were "serious questions" about whether Dr Juffali is really worth what he claims.

He also rejected the suggestion that his client is "greedy".

Justin Warshaw QC for Dr Juffali told the court: "Ms Estrada says she needs more than a quarter of a billion pounds to meet her own personal reasonable needs.

"Her claims are striking and, we say, excessive and exaggerated.

"These costs are extraordinary and go way beyond the standard of living enjoyed during the marriage."

Referring to the budget details, Mrs Justice Roberts said: "He has throughout provided this family with an extraordinary standard of living and it is one which they both enjoyed."

Dr Juffali divorced Ms Estrada in Saudi Arabia in September 2014 after 13 years of marriage.

Ms Estrada is applying for financial relief under Part III of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984 at the

Family Division of the High Court in London.

Mrs Justice Roberts will consider the case during a week-long hearing beginning on 24 June.
