LOOKS like the strain of stopping a Brexit is driving the Prime Minister to drink after David Cameron was pictured unwinding with a pint after a long day’s campaigning.
In an unguarded moment the leader of the Remain side was snapped on the House of Commons terrace enjoying a beer.
The picture, posted on Twitter, apparently shows the PM having a well-earned drink shortly after getting a grilling during a live TV debate on the EU referendum.
And it has clearly caught the attention of his fellow MPs, with Labour’s Chris Bryant joking about it in the Commons chamber this morning.
It was hosted by the Eye Spy MP account, which publishes photos sent in by members of the public and Westminster insiders of politicians seen out and about.
On Tuesday night the top Tory faced a series of tough questions on immigration and sovereignty on the ITV show, appearing after Ukip boss Nigel Farage.
He was slammed for branding Brexit voters “quitters” and suggesting leaving could break up the UK by sparking a new Scottish referendum.
But his worst moment was when father of three Harry Boparai tackled him over Britain’s open-door policy, which he said has left him struggling to access a GP or get on the housing ladder.
The PM, who failed to provide a persuasive answer, came under fire for refusing to say how much his reforms would cut numbers coming in.

Mr Boparai accused Mr Cameron of betraying his supporters by allowing parts of Britain to be turned into no-go areas.
After his mauling it was no surprise the PM decided to hit the booze, although he is no stranger to being pictured with a pint.
Whenever Cameron heads off on holiday Number 10 release a picture of him relaxing with wife Samantha, often with a beer in hand.
When the family jetted off to Lanzarote at the end of March he was photographed smiling in front of a full glass, as he had been on several holidays home and abroad in previous years in office.
When the Chinese Premier came to stay the Prime Minister took him to his local pub, and he has been snapped at various sporting events supping on lager.
With two weeks to go and a referendum on a knife edge, he might have to move on to something stronger.
