The Bournemouth manager - driving a £76,000 Range Rover - blocked a double decker as he waited for his coffee fix.
Howe, 38, may have steered the Cherries to top flight survival last season.
But pictures show the bus struggling to get past his black 4x4 in a busy high street in Bournemouth, Dorset, on Monday.
