A THREE-BED semi-detached house with a garden has gone on sale for just £50,000...but it needs a bit of work.
The property is the cheapest currently on the market in Manchester and will go for auction in two weeks.
Its new owners will get a kitchen, bathroom, entrance hall, a reception room, and a rear garden.
But for such an unheard of price comes an inevitable catch as it is in desperate need of some work, the reported.
The hallways' old-fashioned carpet is looking worse for wear and the kitchen needs refitting with worktops, a sink and a replacement for its grim mouldy door.
Some walls are cracked while the overgrown garden will need hacking back.
Its advert said: “Caradoc Avenue is conveniently located within walking distance to the amenities on offer in Cheetham Hill and is close to Manchester city centre providing easy access to a more extensive range of amenities including bars, restaurants, shops and two universities.
“The property is well placed for commutes with Queens Road Tram Station located just a few minutes walk away which offers regular services into the heart of the City.”
