Mom charged with murder after ‘starving toddler for a month then putting her body in a pillow case & in a dumpster’
A MOTHER has been charged with murder after she allegedly starved her 15-month-old daughter for nearly a month and threw her body in a dumpster.
Kiearra Tolson, 23, is accused of Blair Niles last month, police in , said on Thursday.
Tolson told a friend on Wednesday that she had killed the child, cops said.
The mother was taken into custody and during an interview with , she is said to have confessed to killing the toddler.
Tolson allegedly said she starved the for three and a half weeks, and after she died, Tolson claimed she put the child's body in a pillowcase and trash bags.
The mom said she then threw into a dumpster at her apartment complex, located in Silver Spring, on June 17.

Cops said they found evidence of the incidents – but have yet to locate the child's body.
The girl's father told police he has not seen the baby since April 17 – nearly three months – and has not had contact with the mother since.
