A COLORADO 'Karen' was caught on video trying to run a Black man out of their neighborhood while he was walking his dog.
Video shared on Twitter shows the confrontation between the two dog owners on Sunday afternoon in Denver.
The woman is seen following the man down the empty street, antagonizing him as he walks his dog before he finally refuses to speak with her.
"Have a nice day," he says.
"Get out of here," the Karen snaps.
"Let him walk!" the young woman, who later identified as Beth, taking the video exclaims as she continues filming.
Moments later, the woman turns around and freezes once she realizes she's being recorded.
"Oh you're having a problem with this?" she tells the woman with the cellphone.
"Yeah, just let this guy walk on the street!" Beth responds.
"He's not bothering you."
"C'mere," the older woman says, to which Beth replies: "I don't want to come here!" before she turns around and leaves.
It's not clear what prompted the woman to harass the Black dog dad.
The woman in the video anonymously spoke with the news station on Tuesday and said she saw the man taking pictures of her home, which made her worried they could be used for a crime.
She denied race was a factor in her suspicions when asked by the news station whether she would have had the same reaction if the man was white.
The woman told KGMH she merely wanted to know why the man was snapping pics of her home.
Beth defended her actions to the news station and said she recorded the woman because of recently reported instances of racism against Black people.
"He is in a public space, he took a picture; people do that all the time," Beth said.
"It’s a movement right now where we need to prove that Black people are harassed for no good reason. It’s a time where we need to have evidence to back up what we are saying."
