Ghislaine Maxwell and Kevin Spacey mock royals on Buckingham Palace thrones during Prince Andrew’s VIP tour
SMIRKING Ghislaine Maxwell and shamed actor Kevin Spacey mocked the royals on thrones inside Buckingham Palace.
An extraordinary image of the pair emerged yesterday as it was revealed they were invited on a private tour by Maxwell’s pal Prince Andrew.
Maxwell, alleged pimp for her paedophile boyfriend Jeffrey Epstein, is seen whooping it up on the ceremonial red velvet chair occupied by the Queen on state occasions.
Spacey, whose Hollywood career was destroyed when he was accused of groping a boy of 14, sits beside her attempting a royal wave posing as Prince Philip.
According to reports Maxwell, now 58, and 60-year-old House of Cards star Spacey joined a private tour for former US President Bill Clinton organised by Andrew in 2002.
Spacey was a guest of President Clinton while Maxwell was invited by the duke.
A source said: “They were larking about on the thrones, doing regal waves.
“Ghislaine sat on the Queen’s throne with Spacey pretending to be the Duke of Edinburgh.
MAXWELL AND ANDREW'S 'FLING'
“No one can recall if Andrew was in the throne room at the time but he was in charge of the visit.”
The Sun on Sunday first revealed in November 2017 that Spacey was given a VIP tour of the palace to areas off-limits to the public.
At the time Andrew said he had no recollection of Spacey being let inside.
There is nothing to suggest Spacey — who apologised for his behaviour over the 14-year-old but strongly denies abuse claims and has never been convicted of sexual assault — or Prince Andrew were aware of the alleged crimes of Maxwell and Epstein.
The extraordinary “game of thrones” snap was revealed as a close pal of Maxwell claimed she would never cut a deal with her FBI accusers by offering dirt on Andrew.
And Laura Goldman, who claims to have been close confidante for years, said for the first time that the socialite and Andrew once had a fling.
The only way she can walk is if she gives someone up but that definitely won’t be Andrew

Maxwell, arrested in the US on Thursday, is accused of helping Epstein “recruit, groom and ultimately abuse” at least three girls, including one as young as 14, between 1994 and 1997.
New York state attorneys have said they would not rule out allowing her to co-operate to cut a possible jail term of up to 35 years.
Such a deal could include discussion of her dealings with Andrew, who says he has repeatedly offered to talk to Epstein investigators. The duke, 60, denies any wrongdoing.
Former New York stockbroker Ms Goldman said: “The only way she can walk is if she gives someone up but that definitely won’t be Andrew.
"She is so appreciative that when she first came to New York, the duke helped launch her into high society.
“She always talks about what a true friend he is. She doesn’t see any reason to speak about him to the authorities.
“Ghislaine has always told me Andrew is kind of stupid and naive, and if there were girls in the house while he was there he would have thought they were servants. All these people thinking he’s evil are just wrong.”
Last November The Sun on Sunday revealed Andrew met Maxwell inside Buckingham Palace two weeks after Epstein was placed under investigation by the FBI.
The duke brought her into his private palace quarters on June 6 last year.
Their secret meeting came in a week that included Donald Trump’s state visit, 75th D-Day anniversary commemorations and the Queen’s Birthday celebrations.
The choice of venue — the inner sanctum of the monarchy — raised questions over the duke’s judgment.
Ghislaine was taking part in a charity all-women motoring rally which left London for Monaco the day she talked with Andrew.
