Harvard grad who said she’d lost ‘dream job’ at Deloitte after ‘All Lives Matter’ Tiktok NEVER worked there
THE Harvard graduate who claimed she was fired from her "dream job" at Deloitte after making a TikTok video saying she would "stab" anyone who told her "All Lives Matter" was never employed by the firm.
On Wednesday, Claira Janover, 22, claimed Trump supporters "took my job away" by calling for her firing, however, Deloitte said she was "never an employee of our organization."
Janover was scheduled to complete an internship with the company later this summer, which the company rescinded.
According to the , Jonathan Gandal, a managing director at the accounting firm, explained Janover was "formerly scheduled for a two-week internship later this summer."
He said the offer of an internship was withdrawn because they have a company policy forbidding threatening violence.
"Deloitte unequivocally stands in opposition to the legacy of system bias, racism, and unequal remedy that continues to plague our communities," Gandal said.
In the since-deleted post which prompted Janover to "lose her job," she said: "the next person who has the sheer nerve, the sheer entitled ‘caucasity,’ to say ‘All Lives Matter,’ Imma stab you."
The slang term “caucasity” is used to describe someone using the "audacity of white privilege."
She then went on to say that a knife cut to Black people is like a paper cut to white people.
“Imma stab you. And while you’re struggling and bleeding out, I’m gonna show you my paper cut and say, ‘My cut matters, too.’”
After she posted the video, Janover later commented, “For legal reasons this is a joke.”
