The interaction, which is believed to have taken place in Colorado, happened between an angry customer and a worker who was serving behind the counter.

Footage shows the lady spitting in the direction of the employee as the two argue over the store’s face mask policy.
The shopper - since dubbed 'Gas station Karen' on social media - can be seen lashing out and spitting onto the countertop.
Despite being screamed at, the worker manages to keep calm and refuses to serve the lady.
He then asks the customer behind her - who filmed the incident - to move to a different cash register.

The woman can be heard shouting: "This is ridiculous! There's no law that says I have to wear a face mask."
As she walks out of the shop, the cashier replies: "Actually there is!"
Twitter user Jillcattt wrote: "I've been hearing about 'Karen' but hadn't been around one. I encountered one in the wild tonight and it blew my mind. She spit on an essential worker bc he enforced the rule of wear a mask. I wanted to cry."
The incident is just one of many in which a "Karen" - a slang term for an unnecessarily antagonistic white woman - has been witnessed throwing a fit related to the pandemic.
