AN A-list TV actor who gagged The Sun from revealing his romps with Wayne Rooney prostitute Helen Wood has today been named in America.
He was outed in a US magazine and his identity is available via Google but his injunction still stops us from naming him.
A court injunction the married star got five years ago to stop this newspaper naming him is still restraining us.
Helen, who famously had a threesome with England ace Rooney, said: “It’s all so stupid.
“I’d like to tell my full story.”
The magazine today told how the wealthy star begged Helen, 29, to use a sex toy on him.
The same mag last month identified another celebrity who had a threesome but got an injunction to stop The Sun naming him.
UK judges are still deliberating over whether to lift that order after the celebrity was also identified online.
Helen said: “I read about the other injunction involving a celeb threesome and an olive oil bath and have seen the name everywhere on the internet.
“It’s strange that the rest of the world knows who these stars are but newspapers in the UK can’t report it.”
The actor paid Helen £195 for a sex session — arriving without his wedding ring and having a shower in her room.
She said: “He came out of the shower naked.
“I asked him if he wanted a massage and I gave him one.
“He turned over and he was a disgusting kisser.
“He kissed like a virgin.”
She told how she asked him if he wanted her to use a sex toy on him.
He “eagerly agreed”.
The Sun planned to expose the hypocritical star, whose reputation as a family man has boosted his career.
But he spent tens of thousands of pounds securing an injunction in 2011.
High Court judges agreed with his argument that exposing his behaviour breached his privacy rights.
The actor told his wife of the affair fearing his name would be made public.
An initial hearing making it a criminal offence to publish details of Helen’s story was later varied so she could be named.
The naming of the actor in the US will now put pressure on our Supreme Court judges to come to a swift decision over the threesome celebrity.
Media lawyer Mark Stephens said: “It is positively potty.
“Yet again the Americans have gazumped our own press with news which we cannot print.”
Helen once had a £1,000 threesome with Manchester United’s Rooney and her friend.
She is no longer a prostitute and won Celebrity Big Brother in 2015.
