Woman contacted Prince last year claiming to have given birth to his son who was now having emergency open heart surgery, call data reveals
Documents also reveal the singer 'confessed' about cocaine habit to a female caller
PRINCE was contacted last year by a woman claiming their “mutual son” was having open heart surgery, call data has revealed.
According to emergency calls relating to the singer’s address, the woman asked cops to tell the star their child was having the op.
Carver County Sheriff's Office has now released the call log for Prince's Paisley Park home where he was found dead two weeks ago.
It reveals the extensive contact they had with the pop legend.
Documents show calls between January 1 2011 until his death on April 21 this year.
They include one entry on January 26 2015 where an unidentified woman claimed to have fathered a child with the singer.
According to the log, she asked for a message to be passed on to the Purple Rain star about someone she said was the star's son.
But cops refused and closed the case, according to the log.
The document reads: "Needs message delivered to Prince (Roger Nelson) regarding mutual son who is having open heart surgery.
"Reviewed prior CFS, spoke with complainant, informed her that we will not be conducting any kind of 3rd party messaging for her and prince rodgers nelson. Incident closed."
A woman also called just hours after Prince’s death on April 21 claiming she had a 17-year-old son with the star and wanted him to attend the funeral.
It is not known if this woman – who also appeared on the recently-released call logs – was the same woman who called last January.
In another incident - dated October 23 2013 - a 53-year-old man was recorded as having been taken to hospital suffering dehydration.
A separate call came from a woman who claimed the singer had "confessed" to her about his out of control cocaine habit.
The Kiss singer died without children and never made a will – resulting in multiple claims on his £200million fortune.
Ancestry group Heir Hunters claim to have been inundated with calls since his death.
They are reportedly investigating a claim by a man in his 30s who believes he was the product of a fling with the singer.
The firm's partner John Hilbert told the Daily Mail: "We have received hundreds of calls, emails and letters from people claiming to be either a child of Prince's or offspring of Prince's father."
"Obviously they all can't be genuine claims, but we have established that at least two seem to be legitimate and will need further investigation.
“One person claims to be Prince's child and another claims to be offspring of Prince's father.
“If there is a child, if Prince had one single child, that child will take all the inheritance.
“We think that more likely than not these claims are genuine, but both need further investigation.”
A court hearing was held in Minnesota this week, and Prince’s sister Tyka Nelson and five half-siblings are battling for control of his estate.
Cops are still investigating how Prince – hooked on powerful painkillers - died alone in a lift at his US mansion aged 57.
The stricken singer was revealed to be addicted to opioid Percocet before his death and suffered an overdose of the drug on his private plane six days before his death.
It is thought he was taking the prescription drug to combat chronic hip pain.
Cops are probing whether a doctor was prescribing Prince with the painkillers.
One music insider last week also claimed the sex-mad Purple Rain star had also been battling AIDS.
