DISGRACED footballer Ched Evans will hear if he has been granted a re-trial for his rape conviction by next Thursday.
Court of Appeal judges have received final submissions from the former Wales and Sheffield United striker's legal team, and Crown Prosecution Service.

They could quash the conviction, uphold it, or order a re-trial.
The former Sheffield United and Wales international was jailed in 2012 for raping a 19-year-old at a hotel near Rhyl, north Wales.
He was released from prison in 2014 on licence, after serving half of his five year sentence.
