Madeleine McCann suspect Christian B whines over being ‘bullied’ in jail
MADELEINE McCann suspect Christian B is whining he is being “bullied” in jail over the case, his lawyer has said.
The convicted rapist and paedophile, 43, who is in Kiel prison for a drugs offence, has been identified by German police as the man responsible for Madeleine’s abduction in 2007.

But his lawyer Friedrich Fulscher has told German magazine Der Spiegel: “Fellow inmates try to bully him where they can.
“He is pilloried worldwide and easily identifiable.”
He added: “There has not yet been an official offer of interrogation.
“As a precaution, we have informed the public prosecutor’s office that Christian will only comment on the allegations, if at all, through us.
'CALM AND FRIENDLY'
“He is currently making use of his right to remain silent. This does not mean he has anything to hide.”
Asked what Christian B was like, Mr Fulscher said: “He makes a calm and friendly impression on me. He has never been loud or angry.
“I find the conversation pleasant in the meetings.”
German prosecutors said they have “concrete evidence” Madeleine who vanished aged three at Praia da Luz in Portgual, is dead.

They claim Christian B’s mobile placed him near the scene of her abduction.
Besides rape, Christian B has 16 other convictions including child abuse dating back to when he was 17.
The courts are considering an application for parole.
