A RANDY couple were filmed romping inside an official UN car while the driver sat in the front - and an urgent investigation has been launched.

The 18-second clip shows a woman, believed to be from Trinidad, dressed in red straddling a casually-clothed man inside the UN-branded white 4x4 Toyota.

The driver then drove off with the pair still romping in the seat directly behind.

The raunchy scene took place on HaYarkon Street, Tel Aviv in Israel and while the video appears to have been shot in the evening the date has not been confirmed.

It is also thought that the car belongs to the United Nations Truce Supervision Organisation, a body originally formed in May 1948 to monitor a ceasefire around the time the state of Israel was established.

UN spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric told that the global body was “shocked and deeply disturbed by what is seen on this video”.

He said: “The behaviour seen in it is abhorrent and goes against everything we stand for and have been working to achieve in terms of fighting sexual misconduct by UN staff.”

The UN’s investigation is moving “very quickly” and “the identification of the individuals in the video is close to being completed”, said Dujarric.

Dujarric said the investigation started two days ago and “we expect the process to be concluded very quickly".

A UN Spokesperson tweeted: "We are deeply disturbed by content of video apparently involving personnel from . An investigation was swiftly launched & is moving very quickly. Appropriate action will be taken."
