The PM is getting daily notes from officials to keep him up to speed with daily events but is yet to start receiving his red Ministerial box.

However it’s understood he is getting a read out from the morning Downing Street Covid-19 meeting which is being chaired by First Secretary of State Dominic Raab in his absence.
There are hopes that Boris will be well enough to lead the government and be back in Downing Street as early as next week. A Downing Street spokesman said: “The Prime Minister is continuing his recovery at Chequers."
“He isn’t doing government work but is receiving updates on the coronavirus response. He has spoken to the First Secretary of State as well as other senior members of his No.10 team.”
Downing Street say that the amount of work he takes on will be “guided by advice of his medical team.” Last week the PM was visited by top aides, including Dominic Cummings, where he was handed more details of the UK’s response to the pandemic.
The spokesman added: “He saw some members of his senior No.10 team on Friday, this provided an opportunity for him to be updated on coronavirus response as he is also being sent written updates.”
Dominic Raab is expected to chair Cabinet towards the end of this week. He will also stand it at PMQs - although it is unclear as whether it will take place in Parliament, or if that will be digitally.

We are urging Sun readers to sign a petition calling for our NHS staff to be awarded the George Cross.
We are backing a proposal by Lord Ashcroft to honour our health heroes with the gallantry gong given for acts of bravery that did not take place in battle.
A No10 spokesman said: “The NHS is doing a fantastic job and the nation will want to find a way to say thank you when we have defeated this virus.”
SAS hero Andy McNab added: “The award of a George Cross would show an emotional appreciation.”
