SPAIN have declared a 15-day lockdown as coronavirus cases continue to rocket.

Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said people of Spain are not allowed to leave their homes unless absolutely necessary.

This comes as UK cases saw a huge spike.

Covid-19 has so far claimed the lives of 21 in the UK whilst 1,140 are now infected.
