Naughty map of Britain reveals how our sexual fantasies differ according to where we live
PLUMBERS turn on more than taps for people in Sunderland while Glaswegians are stirred by prison officers, a new sex survey reveals.
A “naughty map of Britain” has revealed how our sexual fantasies differ according to where we live.
The study found that people in Cardiff would love a check-up from a saucy nurse, Liverpudlians dream of getting a filling from the dentist, while Edinburgh residents long for sex lessons from teachers.
Accountants’ figures do it for people in Canterbury, Kent.
The map emerged after researchers used Google to find the most popular “fantasy porn searches” in the past month.
Rebecca Dakin — aka The Great British Sexpert — said:
“Emergency services and teachers are people with a duty of care. That can be a huge turn-on.
Many women fantasise about sex with a stranger, which is why the tradesmen feature."
FANTASY SURVEY SEARCHES OVER 30 DAYS:

2. Maid: 12,670 – top area Newcastle-Upon-Tyne
3. Nurse: 9,710 searches – top area Cardiff
4. Babysitter: 7,340 searches – top area Hull
5. Yoga instructor: 7,020 searches – top area Birmingham
6. Personal trainer: 5,700 searches – top area London
7. Doctor: 5,500 searches – top area Norwich
8. Secretary: 4,200 searches – top area Plymouth

13. Plumber: 1,310 searches – top area Sunderland
14. Traffic warden: 1,061 – top area Aberystwyth
15. Accountant: 577 searches – top area Canterbury
“With accountants, the geeky intelligence appeals. The assumption may be that they’re not sexually experienced so a good candidate for seducing.
"Traffic wardens are some of the most hated people, so the idea they could be seduced into letting someone off a fine may be the key.”
Rebecca, author of 101 Sex Tips, added: “It’s important to recognise a fantasy doesn’t mean that someone wants to act it out for real.
“The thing with fantasy is it can be as unconventional and risqué as the imagination can conjure. Acting out extreme fantasies for real can be illegal, so should be done using role play with a consenting adult.”
A spokesman for myjobquote.co.uk, which conducted the survey, said: “Porn has 40,556,200 monthly Google searches in the UK. That left us questioning which risqué topics people are most interested in. We discovered the most frequently searched professions.”

Business consultant Ollie Reynolds, 38, of St Albans, Herts — who doesn’t Google for porn — said:
“Everyone can see the attraction in a nurse or a maid, but who types ‘traffic warden porn’ into Google?
“It’s more worrying that more that 1,000 people have done this in the past month.”
