Two men knifed to death in street fight after ‘robbery’ at cannabis factory house
TWO men have been stabbed to death in a street fight after a suspected robbery at a cannabis factory.
A group had tried forcing their way into a home in Brierley Hill, Dudley, in the early hours of the morning.
As a brawl erupted, horrified neighbours say they saw men running down the street clutching plants and a car smash into parked vehicles.
Two men were then reportedly stabbed during the violent clash, with one victim declared dead at the scene.
The second man was rushed to hospital but sadly couldn't be saved and passed away shortly after.
Emergency crews scrambled to the bloodbath and discovered a cannabis factory inside the semi-detached home.
Forensic officers combing for clues today found what appears to be a samurai sword.
One man has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to rob with cops hunting others who may be involved.
Inspector Nick Barnes said: "We believe this property was deliberately targeted by a group of men who knew it was being used to cultivate cannabis.
"Witnesses have reported the property being attacked, windows broken, and men running away carrying plants.
"In the ensuing disorder two men have suffered fatal knife wounds.
