Dad ‘raped daughter’s friends including girl, 12, during sleepover at his house’
A dad has been accused of raping multiple minor girls — including a 12-year-old who was at a sleepover with his daughter at his home.
Police said Scott Surgener, 42, grabbed the 12-year-old’s hand and placed it on his genitals as the child was having a sleepover with his own daughter, the reported.
Court documents state the child “pushed his hand away and got up and (went to) on a dog bed that was in the room,” in the July 2018 incident in the home, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported.
Police say the girl said he then sexually assaulted her, reported.
A 16-year-old girl also allegedly had repeated sexual contact with the alleged rapist over a year, beginning in April 2018, investigators claim.
Surgener was charged with four rape counts, seven counts of unlawful conduct with a minor, and two counts of gross sexual imposition on Tuesday in relation to the incidents, according to court records accessed by The Sun.
The charges come months after Surgener was first accused of making child pornography at his Springdale home last year.
Court documents say investigators searched Surgener’s phone after the alleged child rapist was accused of assaulting a 12-year-old, and they found explicit pictures of a 13-year-old, reported.
A complaint said images allegedly showed the 13-year-old, who was also a friend of Surgener’s daughter, engaged in explicit acts, the reported.
Pictures were allegedly hidden in an app disguised as a calculator app.
The complaint said some images showed the minor engaged in acts with an adult male.
One image allegedly showed the child in a bathroom, standing naked from the waist down.
A complaint said Surgener was “bent down behind her with a cell phone between her legs,” the Cincinnati Enquirer reported.

Surgener has denied any inappropriate behavior in relation to his daughter's friends, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported.
The accused rapist is held without bond in the Butler County Jail, according to records accessed by The Sun.
