Prince Harry has reportedly been in talks about working with Goldman Sachs for a year

PRINCE Harry was in talks with Goldman Sachs a YEAR before Megxit as he and Meghan Markle plotted to ditch the Royal Family, it was claimed today.

Speculation surfaced this week that the Duke of Sussex was considering working with the controversial US finance firm to discuss mental health and the military.

that Harry's staff had been liaising with the bank for around a year, with a view to the prince taking part in its Talks at GS YouTube series.

Harry's interview would be linked to one of his patronages, such as the Invictus Games, which he kept after stepping back from royal life and moving to Canada.

And it is possible that Prince Harry could have taken part in the GS talks while still with the Royal Family.

Stars, who have previously included David Beckham and Gwyneth Paltrow, are not paid for the talks, but doing one could help Harry pave the way for more lucrative work with the bank.

PR experts have suggested Harry and Meghan could earn £1billion in corporate deals and brand ambassador roles in the future.

Harry last week appeared at an event sponsored by JP Morgan in Miami - at which he told of his struggles following his mother's death.

Wife Meghan was also there for the swanky wealth event — the first time they have been seen together since moving abroad.

They had been lying low with baby Archie at a £10.5million Canadian mansion on Vancouver Island after quitting as working royals last month.

Flight records showed a private jet owned by JPMorgan Chase left Vancouver for Palm Beach, Florida, on Wednesday.

Harry, 35, and Meghan, 38, have been criticised for using fuel-guzzling private jets while preaching on climate change.

Fellow guests included Meghan’s TV anchor pal Gayle King, 65.

Representatives for Prince Harry have been approached for comment.
