Labour’s Rebecca Long Bailey says she has no Tory friends and would be ‘very angry’ if they voted for Boris Johnson
CORBYN clone Rebecca Long Bailey revealed that she had no Tory mates, and if the non-political friends revealed they voted for Boris Johnson she would be “very angry.”
The hard left candidate revealed that she has no Conservative pals in Parliament, but hasn’t quizzed her non-political friends about their alliance.
Ask if she had Tory mates the would-be Labour leader said: “I'm sure I have.
“I've got a group of friends who aren't political who we don't talk about politics because you kind of don't talk about politics with your non-political friends, and I bet you they've not voted Labour all their lives, probably voted for all sorts of different people.
“But, I don't know is the question. They wouldn’t tell me if they did because I’d be angry.”
Ms Long Bailey has said that finds the idea that she is the ‘continuity Corbyn’ candidate “disrespectful” and insists she is a “completely different person”.

She said: "Insinuations have been made: 'Oh these men have been pulling strings in the background'.
"I've been proud to stand on the policy platform that we've had.
"That's not to say I'm not a completely different person from Jeremy because I am, and I'll be taking the party in completely different directions."
