The diversity campaigner is leaving to become the CEO of water company Belu.

She has been in the director’s job a matter of months, after she was poached from William and Kate’s Royal Foundation last August.

She is the ninth member of staff to have quit the Sussexes within the past 18 months — after two key comms staff, Meghan’s deputy private secretary, the couple’s private secretary, Meghan’s PA and female bodyguard and two nannies.

Natalie worked with Meghan on cookbook Together, which shone a light on the Hubb Kitchen, a group who came together to prepare fresh meals following the Grenfell Tower fire tragedy.

Natalie will start at the beginning of March, and she released a statement about her new job.

Garter Gripe

HARRY and Meghan’s unprecedented  breakaway has caused headaches for the protocol enforcers.

Yesterday, it emerged a senior adviser to the Queen has said the Duke and Duchess of Sussex should not be able to use the name Sussex Royal after stepping down.

Thomas Woodcock, Garter Principal King of Arms,  who is involved in ensuring  commercial concerns do not make illegitimate use of royal symbols, said it would not be satisfactory if the couple used the title.

Harry and Meghan already have their SussexRoyal Instagram feed and launched the SussexRoyal website this month.

Mr Woodcock said: “One cannot be two things at once. You either are [royal] or you’re not.”

He is being consulted by the Palace but emphasised he was giving his personal opinion and that the Queen would decide.

She said: “It is a career highlight to be joining Belu at such an exciting time for the business and the social enterprise movement more broadly.

“I have been an admirer from afar for the last 10 years; leading Belu into the next 10 – continuing purposeful growth and changing lives as a result – is a privilege and honour.

“The world needs more businesses that put the environment, human rights and sustainable practice at the core of their values and operations, I can’t wait to get started”.
