Hunt for hooded thug who hurled urine over young boy on his way to school
POLICE are hunting a hooded yob who through urine over a young boy on his way to school.
The child was attacked near Strood Academy in Kent on Tuesday as he made his way to morning classes.
The attacker poured the liquid over the boy and ran off before the victim managed to get a look at his face.
Police were later called and hundreds of parents have been warned to be on alert.
The boy's mum, Sherri Earl, took to Facebook following the disgusting attack.
She said: "For children who go to Strood Academy - parents please tell your children to be careful and vigilant when walking to and from school.
"My youngest son was walking to school this morning and he was up the top of Carnation Road when a person in a hoodie came out from the alley and threw/poured liquid all over my son and then ran away.
"My son didn't get the chance to have a look at this person as they came from behind him, and it happened so quickly.
"Luckily the liquid was nothing harmful this time - by the smell of it, it's human urine.
"Please be careful peeps."

Strood Academy has around 1,300 pupils aged 11 to 19.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "Police were called at 12.30pm (on Tuesday) over reports a liquid had been thrown at a boy in Carnation Road, Strood.
"The boy was not injured and inquiries are ongoing."
