A WOMAN allegedly stabbed her elderly father before she left a toddler in a bathtub and leapt from a high-rise apartment with her baby son.
Cops discovered the woman and her dead one-year-old son lying on the ground outside a high-rise building just before 2am on Thursday, .
Miraculously, the woman survived the fall from the high-rise in Chicago.
After security guards directed officers to an 11th floor apartment, police say they found her 70-year-old father bleeding with cuts to his face and body.
Authorities also found a two-year-old boy unresponsive in a bathtub inside the apartment, according to law enforcement officials.
The man told police his daughter allegedly began stabbing him, then plunged from the tower's 11th floor window with her little boy.
Police told Sun Online they couldn't ID the woman or her father, as the incident is still under investigation.
