Filipino maniac decapitates English-speaking woman and eats her BRAIN with rice ‘because he couldn’t understand her’
A FILIPINO maniac decapitated a woman for speaking English before eating her brain with rice, it has been claimed.
Twisted Lloyd Bagtong, 21, was arrested on Thursday after a tip-off about the grisly murder in Talisayan.
He admitted stalking the woman near a cemetery before beating her to death with an iron rod when she tried to plead with him in English.
He then hacked her head off with a machete, before stuffing it in a bag and taking it home for dinner.
Her headless body was found topless with her hands tied.
Bagtong, who was allegedly drunk during the attack, told cops he cooked a plate of rice before mixing in the woman's brains and eating them.

Police Captain Maribeth Ramoga said Bagtong was "irritated" by being spoken to in English.
He was arrested at home after a tip-off from neighbours - who claim he has a history of mental illness.
The woman's skull was found buried in a hole near his house.
