Help Boris Johnson give Jeremy Corbyn a stuffing and get Brexit done by Christmas
BORIS Johnson says Britain could be out of Europe before the Christmas turkey is cooked.
How refreshing to hear the PM insist there will be no hanging about on Brexit if the Tories win a majority in the General Election on December 12.
This should be music to the ears of millions of voters sick and tired of more than three years of political in-fighting and division.
And Boris has another present lined up for some of the most deserving in our society.
A big election priority is to guarantee free television licences for the over-75s, with the BBC coughing up to pay for it.
Boris says the Corporation must “sort out” its disgraceful decision to impose the £150 charge on all but the poorest pensioners.
If the BBC refuses, the Government could slash its future funding to make up the shortfall.
These are typically bold and ambitious moves from the PM.
They underline the fact that only the Tories can give Britain the certainty it needs.
In contrast a Marxist-inspired Jeremy Corbyn regime would only spell dither, division and disaster.
Voters will soon have a unique opportunity to get this country back on track.
Help BoJo give Corbyn a stuffing and get Brexit done by Christmas.
Vaz's ill-gotten gains
ODIOUS Labour MP Keith Vaz has finally been suspended from Parliament after allegedly offering to buy cocaine for rent boys.
Although the accusations first surfaced more than three years ago, the former Home Affairs select committee chairman never felt it was his duty to step down.
During that time he racked up a staggering £241,262 in salary alone.
And astonishingly he could still stand in next month’s General Election.
Is there any wonder voters regard Parliament as a moral sewer?
